Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out within 24 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this window, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.
Scent & Product Expectations
We understand that scent is personal. Because of this:
